Services Performed

Nania Energy will review your supplier contract(s) and/or invoices and identify refunds, credits & financial benefit to be realized from them. 

Nania Energy will utilize our proprietary computer model to confirm demand and consumption charges that were made by the applicable utility provider. We will also review service contracts to make sure the supplier is in full compliance.

Nania Energy will submit claim documents to the utility or service provider and expedite the receipt of refunds or credits from these entities.

If there are physical changes that need to be made to your service, we will work with utility to replace defective metering equipment if required.
 

Service Fees

“Success Fee” is generally equal to 33% of all refunds. These can vary depending on the size of the issue. These are paid only after you have been reimbursed from your supplier(s) or the utility.
